Retention and Progression Coach x2

We have an exciting opportunity for two Retention and Progression Coaches to join our Student Services Team. We are looking for coaches with current expertise in one of the following areas - Careers advice and guidance, Health and Wellbeing and/or Student Finance. More importantly, the successful applicant will need to be flexible and willing to learn new skills to support other members of our team and to respond to our changing student need as it happens. You will be a team player keen to engage with students and committed to a high quality of experience.

Essential Criteria

  • Has qualifications that cover one of the following areas- career advice and guidance, student finance or health and wellbeing
  • Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with others
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

Desirable Criteria

Knowledge of working with young people within the educational setting
