Employer Engagement - Skills Bootcamp

Hours 37 hours per week, all year round

Location Peterborough College (PE1)
The postholder will lead the employer engagement strand of the Skills Bootcamp project for both the Cambridge and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) and the Greater Lincolnshire Combined Authority (GLCA). The postholder will engage with employers and related stakeholders to provide a detailed introduction to recruiting and upskilling talent through Skills Bootcamps.
The postholder will be responsible for managing employer relationships during the recruitment and selection process and acting quickly to resolve any employment, funding or training issues. The postholder will also be responsible for establishing and building long term employer relationships, managing existing accounts, ensuring that all students and employers needs are met. This role will involve the promotion of training to meet contract targets, including Skills Bootcamps and the full range of college provision where appropriate.
