Join Our Team and Help Students Thrive!
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting others?
We’re looking for a Faculty Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team at Stamford College, part of the Inspire Education Group (IEG).
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be at the heart of our Faculty — providing exceptional administrative support to ensure everything runs smoothly for both staff and students. If you love keeping things organised, enjoy helping others, and take pride in your attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You’ll:
- Provide administrative support across the Faculty, ensuring students and staff receive outstanding service.
- Help with enrolments, attendance monitoring, and learner record updates.
- Support college events, open days, and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate student data and timetables using systems such as ProSolution and ProMonitor.
- Assist with staff recruitment, appraisals, and absence tracking.
- Process purchase orders and maintain financial records in line with college regulations.
- Keep everything organised — from stationery and mail to meetings and calendars.
- Be the friendly first point of contact for colleagues, students, and visitors.
About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Is highly organised, efficient, and reliable
- Enjoys working with people and providing great customer service
- Has excellent communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office or Google Suite)
- Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Handles confidential information with professionalism and care
Experience in an education environment or using student systems (like ProSolution or ProMonitor) is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll provide full training for the right person.
Why Join Stamford College?
At Inspire Education Group, we’re proud of our supportive, collaborative culture where every team member is valued. You’ll be joining a community that’s passionate about helping students reach their full potential — and we’ll make sure you have the tools, training, and encouragement to do the same.
We offer:
- A Local Government Pension Scheme
- 30 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and discretionary days
- Professional development and training opportunities
- A friendly, inclusive working environment where your contribution matters
How to Apply
If you’re ready to bring your organisational skills and enthusiasm to a team that truly makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
