We’re looking for an HE Recruitment Officer to help turn interest into action—guiding prospective students from first enquiry through to enrolment.
This is an interim role on a fixed term for 35 hours per week for 6 months.
About the role
You’ll be at the heart of the applicant journey, engaging with prospective students, parents, and advisors to provide clear, personalised guidance and support. From handling enquiries to delivering presentations and events, you’ll play a key role in driving applications and helping students take their next step.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and converting leads through high-quality communication
- Delivering 1:1 guidance sessions on UCAS, student finance, and progression
- Supporting open days, events, and delivering presentations/workshops
- Using CRM systems to track and nurture applicants
- Working closely with admissions and curriculum teams
- Monitoring conversion data and suggesting improvements

- Experience in education, recruitment, or marketing (desirable)
