Apprenticeship Compliance Officer

Salary Point 24 £25,934 per annum (£15,560 pro-rata)

Hours 22.2 hours per week, all year round

We are seeking to recruit an organised and committed Apprenticeship Compliance Officer to join our amazing English and Maths team. You will be ensuring that every learner receives innovative, quality provision which supports their skill development by liaising with the Assistant Group Head of English and Maths to develop curriculum planning. You will also work closely with the Group English and Maths Managers to plan, monitor, manage and evaluate the offer.

We’re ideally looking for someone with a full teaching qualification and a minimum of a Level 2 in Numeracy and Literacy is essential.

The successful candidate should have experience of delivering a range of English and/or maths qualifications. You must also have a good understanding of managing student performance targets including: attendance, discipline, retention, progress and achievement.

Finally, you will have the proven ability to work successfully and influentially as part of a team with exceptional communication skills, alongside being able to consistently deliver excellent standards of customer care.
