We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Faculty Administration Coordinator to join Stamford College. In this key role, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our curriculum administration service and ensure our staff and students receive outstanding administrative support across the faculty.

What you’ll be doing
As our Faculty Administration Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate the day-to-day work of faculty administrators to ensure an efficient and high-quality service.
- Provide administrative support to Assistant Principals and curriculum managers.
- Carry out 1:1s, PDRs, probation reviews and day-to-day people coordination.
- Support enrolment, admissions and other key learner administration activities.
- Monitor learner attendance and support with transfer, exit and reporting processes.
- Manage administrative tasks such as educational visits, events, references and course-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate learner and curriculum data, including updating systems.
- Raise purchase orders, reconcile petty cash and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Support staff recruitment processes and coordinate staff absence and holiday records.
- Provide high-quality clerical support to the faculty team, including calendar management and minute taking.
- Assist with College projects, marketing events and student-facing activities.
- Ensure compliance with College policies, audit requirements and administrative standards.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same — flexibility, teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have solid administrative experience, ideally in a busy office or customer-facing environment.
- Are experienced in minute-taking, team support or coordinating admin processes.
- Are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and can quickly learn new systems.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy helping others.
- Are organised, detail-focused and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Are committed to safeguarding, equality, and supporting a positive learner experience.
Experience in FE and familiarity with systems such as ProSolution or ProMonitor is desirable but not essential.
