This is a key role where you’ll drive quality, performance, and student success across a diverse curriculum including counselling, teacher education, animal management, and sport.

About the role

Working closely with colleagues across University Centre Peterborough, you’ll ensure a consistent, high-quality student experience while contributing to strategic growth and enhancement.

Alongside leadership responsibilities, you’ll also contribute to teaching (approx. 100–150 hours annually), keeping you connected to the student experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading HE quality assurance, validation, and compliance processes
  • Driving continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Managing staff performance, development, and wellbeing
  • Enhancing the student experience and ensuring parity across provision
  • Supporting recruitment, outreach, and partnership activity
  • Monitoring performance data and leading on quality reporting

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in HE leadership and quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of QAA, OfS, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience of course development and validation
  • A confident leader who can inspire and develop teams
