As our Group Leadership, Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the ambitions of Inspire Education Group's People Plan 2026-2030, helping us become an exceptional employer where people choose to work, grow and thrive.

What you will be doing as Group L&D Manager

Working across a workforce of over 1,200 colleagues

Lead our leadership, learning and development strategy

Driving initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, talent management, succession planning and workforce development.

You will design and deliver leadership programmes, develop career pathways, establish coaching and mentoring opportunities, oversee professional development and mandatory training and maximise the impact of our Apprenticeship Levy investment.
