As a Student Records Coordinator (Apprenticeships) at Inspire Education Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our institution. Your expertise will be essential in:
Key Responsibilities:
Student Records Management: Serve as the primary contact for student records related to apprenticeship provisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Project Coordination: Coordinate key projects and workload within the student records area, supporting administrative staff.
Accurate Data Entry: Conduct precise MIS data entry across all funding streams, including enrolments, withdrawals, and completions.
Data Systems Proficiency: Utilise and maintain proficiency in relevant data systems, adhering to compliance standards.
Change Request Processing: Efficiently process student change requests from curriculum and support teams, maintaining data quality.
Data Validation Support: Assist in routine data validation to ensure the accuracy of student and course information.
