Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

Responsible for:

• Digital and Social Media content
• Digital Marketing campaigns
• Supporting first line colleagues in achieving their Goals and Objectives

Key tasks

• Being an Ambassador for the Funeral Division and the Society as a whole, at all times
• To participate in community activity to promote the business within the local community
• To be fully conversant with Product Knowledge for At Need funerals, Pre-Need plans and all other ancillary products and services
• Provide content for website and social media platforms
• Monitor social media trends
• Support with preparation of marketing materials and social media planning strategies
• Direct Social media enquiries to the relevant colleagues within a timely manner
• Communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer and member relationships
• Developing engaging online content including videos, graphics, and blogs
• Provide and presenting innovative new digital strategies
• Upload content to Society website and social media platforms.
• To ensure effective liaison with all external agencies and authorities ensuring all details are correct
• To ensure good relationships are maintained with the Operational Support Centers
• Ensure compliance with Society Policies and Procedures, Ways of Working and standard funeral operating procedures, Health & Safety guidelines, NAFD, FPA and other relevant bodies guidelines and regulations
• Consult with the General Manager – Funerals regarding your own professional development and training requirements
• To undertake training and development to improve own skills and knowledge.
• The Society reserves the right to vary or amend the Objective, Key Tasks and the responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Society’s business.

Working relationships:

• Internally: working with the General Manager – Funerals, Head of Client Service, Head of Operations, Professional Development Manager, Head Office Support Staff and other internal colleagues.
• Externally: working with digital and social media providers, business influencers, professional intermediaries and supply partners

Desired qualifications

• GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.

• Potential to progress into full-time employment upon completion of this apprenticeship.

Inspire ATA Ltd. is a not-for-profit social enterprise set up to make a difference. We specialise in working with a wide range of clients (nationwide) that want to take on excellent Apprentices. We recruit and employ all of our Apprentices and then arrange amazing placements with our partners and clients whilst providing ongoing support. We also arrange and quality assure the training through our partner apprenticeship training providers.
