We are looking to appoint an efficient and effective administrator to provide support for all school trips and educational visits. The postholder will be the primary user of the EVOLVE trips management system, ensuring all visit documentation is accurately completed, processed in a timely manner, and compliant with school policies and processes.
Reporting to the Assistant Head Co-Curricular & Character Education, this role will involve close liaison with the teaching and support staff who lead school trips, as well as external providers, students and their parents / guardians.
The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and work to deadlines and demonstrate a pro-active approach to work and the initiative to complete tasks in a productive and timely manner.
A competitive salary and generous benefits accompany this role, and it is offered on a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks), Monday to Friday 0830-1630. Some flexibility on hours may be possible subject to discussion and agreement.
