Lambeth College is undergoing an exciting new phase of expansion. To support us through an inspiring transformation, we would like a highly effective and knowledgeable Human Resources and Systems Assistant to support the HR team in all administrative functions and be the “go to” person when it comes to the HR System, iTrent!

You will be confident in your administrative skills when delivering tasks such as payroll processing, letter writing, note taking and recruitment administration, just to name a few! We are looking for candidates who have experience in working with HR systems and databases. We use iTrent at the College and it would be advantageous if you have used iTrent before, but not essential as full training will be given. This role is varied and is pivotal to the running of a very high performing, successful HR Team. Are you tech savvy and do you have the experience and knowledge we need? We have the perfect opportunity to stretch and challenge you to progress in your career!

The new role will be initially based in the heart of Lambeth covering two sites near Clapham Common and Brixton Hill with our new LSBTC College based in Nine Elms opening later next year. We serve a diverse community and our staff and students reflect this.

We are part of the London South Bank University Group which opens a wide range of benefits and career opportunities. This role is contracted on support terms and conditions that attracts a competitive salary, annual leave of 26 days plus bank holidays with numerous opportunities for continuous professional development.

Here at Lambeth College, we are dedicated to our safeguarding obligations. We ensure that our College is a safe and inclusive environment for everyone and expect all applicants to share this commitment. There are a number of safer recruitment checks that will be carried out if you are appointed, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level, and a host of mandatory training courses you will be enrolled on.

We look forward to receiving your application.
