Lambeth College is undergoing an exciting new phase of expansion. To support us through an inspiring transformation, we would like a highly effective and knowledgeable Inclusion, Learning and Development Assistant to join the HR team on a fixed term, 1 year contract!

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for all things Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) to support and champion the College’s EDI action plan. You will be supporting leads across the College in achieving their priorities and moving forward the EDI agenda across all parts of the College. The post holder will also be promoting and organising EDI events across the year. In addition to EDI, you will be supporting and championing the Learning and Development (L&D) offer at the College, supporting with the administration of all thing L&D.

The new role will be initially based in the heart of Lambeth covering two sites near Clapham Common and Brixton Hill with our new LSBTC College based in Nine Elms opening later next year. We serve a diverse community and our staff and students reflect this.
