The faculty of Gateway and Entry Into Employment is seeking to recruit one GCSE Maths and Functional Skills Lecturer to teach the subject to all ages.
The role will require experience of working in the FE sector, working with young people with challenging behaviours, and adults on employability courses.
You must possess proven experience of delivering this subject.
You will have a recognised teaching qualification (Diploma in Education and Training (DET) or equivalent).
You will also hold at least a Literacy/English qualification at Level 3 with experience of teaching GCSE English and a Numeracy/Maths qualification at Level 2. A Level 5 qualification in Literacy (e.g. ADTLLS) is also required or a willingness to undertake this as a programme of study.
Permanent - 36 hours per week.
