ABOUT LEARNING PARTNERS ACADEMY TRUST
Learning Partners Academy Trust, is collaborative Multi Academy Trust (MAT), built on partnership and thriving on local schools working together in and around the Guildford area.
We are seeking an experienced English Teacher and Senior Leader with a passion for raising student outcomes. You will have experience of leading whole school change and will work with Secondary English leads and school leaders to support the implementation of a Trust English curriculum.
Your in-depth knowledge of the English National Curriculum and AQA GCSE English specification will enable you to review our schools’ practices and support them in their school improvement journey.
Your breadth of experience and excellent communication skills will enable you to successfully lead collaborative partnerships across our secondary schools, whilst seeking out innovative practice.
As this is a central trust role you will be working across all of our schools and will need to have the ability to travel, use of a car will therefore be essential in this role.
This role would be for 2 days a week for 5 terms from January 2024. With the agreement of both parities the time commitment could be reduced to 1 day per week for the Spring and Summer terms in 2025.
