Director of Education – Primary and/or Secondary Education

Salary negotiable, dependent on expertise and experience

We are seeking an inspirational, experienced and strategically focused educational leader with a proven track record of successfully improving schools to help us realise our vision of leading schools where children thrive.

You will be a pivotal member of the trust’s strong and committed executive leadership team, helping to shape, implement and deliver the educational strategy, further establishing us as a leader in educational excellence and success.

Your in-depth knowledge of effective school improvement systems, procedures and structures will enable to review our schools’ practices and support them in their school improvement journey.

Your breadth of experience and excellent communication skills will enable you to successfully lead the collaborative partnerships across our secondary schools, whilst seeking out innovative practice.

Your substantial and successful record as a headteacher/senior leader will ensure that you provide effective and inspiring leadership to our headteachers.

About you:

• You will be a successful senior education leader with a strong track record in delivering strategic and operational excellence.

• You will possess a strong grasp of the current educational landscape, including keeping on top of latest trends and innovation in the enhancement of education provision.

• You will have experience of raising standards as a leader, ideally within a multi-academy trust.

• You will have well developed skills in leading and managing educational initiatives.

• You will have experience of building successful partnerships in order to improve learning.

• You will be able to provide high quality support and challenge to schools.

• You will have a clear understanding of how quality assurance and reviews play a vital part in school improvement.

• Your leadership style and commitment will inspire and motive others to deliver their goals.

Learning Partners Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust of 14 schools. We exist to make schools better for children and are driven by our desire to be leading schools where children thrive. Terms:

The salary for this role is negotiable, commensurate with your expertise and experience.

We are very willing to consider applicants wishing to work either part-time or full-time hours.
