We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in Science to join our team on a full-time basis. You will teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics up to Level 3, with a strong focus on Biology. The role includes delivering on the T Level in Health and the T Level in Laboratory Sciences.
About You: You will hold a degree in a science-related subject and have experience teaching across the sciences, with particular expertise in Biology. You’ll be confident planning and delivering high-quality lessons in all three disciplines and supporting learners aged 16–19. Experience in delivering or familiarity with T Level programmes is desirable, though not essential.
You must be competent in assessing students’ work and committed to supporting achievement and progression.

Essential Qualifications:
Level 4 qualification or above (or equivalent) in a related subject
Level 2 minimum in Maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent).
Applicants will be required to hold a full teaching qualification at Level 5 or above or be willing to work towards obtaining one. If you do not hold a suitable teaching qualification, the College will support you to obtain this as part of our investment in your professional development.
