Leicester College's Apprenticeship and Commercial Operations Department (APCO) is one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the region with an ambitious vision for delivering gold standard apprenticeship programmes that positively shape the futures of all Leicester College apprentices.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Apprentice Lead with a passion for the delivery and support of our apprentices on Plumbing and Heating & Gas Engineering programmes.
As the Apprentice Lead you will have responsibility of overseeing the journey of a group of Apprentices across various CTEC trades. You will teach on the plumbing and gas apprenticeship programmes as well as have input on the delivery, quality, and personal and professional development of our Apprentices. The role will include the onboarding of Apprentices through to the timely completion of end point assessment resulting in successful achievement.

You will have the following:
Level 2 English and maths qualification or the equivalent GCSE grade C or above or GCSE grade 4 or above
Level 5 teaching qualification or above e.g. Diploma in Education and Training, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent.
Level 3 Vocational qualification in the related area or above.
