Employer Engagement Officer. Apprenticeship and Commercial. Full Time. 37 hours per week. Permanent.  Salary: £27,476 - £29,502 per annum

Leicester College's Apprenticeship and Commercial Operations Department is one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the region with an ambitious vision for delivering gold standard apprenticeship programmes that positively shape the future careers of all Leicester College learners.

As an Employer Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing partnerships with employers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure partnerships with companies. You'll be responsible for promoting our services, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our partner employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners and manage relationships effectively.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential employer partners through various channels.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

 

Qualifications: 

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent relevant skills and experience.
  • A minimum of Level 2 qualifications in maths and English.
  • A level 2 in advice and guidance is desirable
