As a Learning Coach, you will work closely with colleagues within Construction to support individuals to become more independent learners through the development of their wider personal, study and employability knowledge, skills, and behaviours. You will provide support for learners to be successful at college and progress to positive destinations. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, passion, and motivation to provide the highest quality service to all our learners in creative and individual ways.
Key responsibilities include:
The facilitation of group Personal Development sessions, group, and individual tutorials
Setting and reviewing of SMART targets
Monitoring, and supporting attendance and punctuality and
Supporting learners with enrichment opportunities
You will have the ability to be calm and responsible and be able to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of learners. Liaison with other colleagues and external stakeholders is a key feature of the role and have:
Level 2 qualifications in maths and English or equivalent
Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
Recent and relevant experience of working with young people.
