An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Health and Social Care department for a Lecturer to teach all aspects of T level qualifications in Health Sciences. We are seeking candidates who have experience within the nursing sector. Applications from candidates with a background in teaching in an FE environment would also be advantageous but not essential.

You will be responsible for the delivery of effective teaching, learning and assessment within an established and committed team. You will have the skills to motivate students to realise their ambitions and reach their full potential. You will be enthusiastic and have a passion for your profession and be able to guide students to succeed.

Applicants are therefore invited to apply who hold the following:

A full teaching qualification at Level 5 or above or be willing to work towards obtaining one. If you do not hold a suitable teaching qualification, the College will support you to obtain this as part of our investment in your professional development.

A degree Level qualification in a related subject and have a track record of delivering high quality teaching/training and be competent at assessing students’ work.

A Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.

Previous Applicants need not apply.

For more details, please take a look at the role description. We'll still consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the requirements, so don't be put off if you don't match them perfectly.
