Lecturer in Computing. Full Time. 37 Hours Per Week. Permanent.

We are keen to hear from enthusiastic and motivated Lecturers in Computer Networking who can deliver innovative and exciting learning experiences, while maintaining a student-centred approach to their teaching. 

You will be qualified to at least a Level 5 in the vocational area and have the ability and experience to deliver IT courses at Levels 3 to 5 (HE). You will have achieved a Level 2 qualification or equivalent in maths and English. Applicants will be required to hold a full teaching qualification at Level 5 or above or be willing to work towards obtaining one. If you do not hold a suitable teaching qualification, the College will support you to obtain this as part of our investment in your professional development.

 

Experience of delivering on HNDs, BTEC courses or T levels and the ability or experience to deliver courses on Cloud computing and Cyber-security would be an advantage. Experience of other vendor certifications such as Cisco, CompTIA and Microsoft Professional would also be an advantage.
