Marketing and Events Assistant. Full Time. Permanent. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our busy Marketing team. You will organise a range of cross-college events and devise marketing campaigns to promote them, as well as using your marketing skills and knowledge to work on small and large marketing campaigns.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop event management and marketing experience, utilising a range of channels such as PR, social media and digital and copy writing. You will work closely with colleagues to co-ordinate major events, and work with schools to promote the College. Therefore, you must demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

You will be educated to Level 3 or equivalent and have excellent knowledge of marketing and event organisation. You will also have achieved a Level 2 minimum or equivalent in English and maths along with a Level 2 IAG (Information and Guidance) qualification or be willing to work towards, or have equivalent experience. You will also have experience of using social media and Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
