We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainer Assessor with a strong background in Hospitality and Food. Industry experience is highly desirable, and you will bring both technical expertise and a genuine passion for developing others.
This varied role will see you working across both our vibrant commercial areas and our professional training kitchens, supporting learners in real-world and simulated environments. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of vocational courses from Entry Level to Level 3, ensuring students remain engaged, motivated and on track to succeed.
The ideal candidate will be student-focused, innovative in their approach, and committed to creating engaging learning experiences that reflect current industry practice.
You will:

We are looking for a qualified Chef with strong skills in both general cookery and pastry, holding at least a Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area. A willingness to work towards a teaching qualification is desirable.
You will also hold:
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent)
