We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Web & Digital Officer with strong technical, programming, and web development expertise to join our Marketing and Communications team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, maintaining, and improving websites and digital platforms that deliver an excellent user experience using the most up-to-date technology.

With support from your team, you’ll support the design, development, and technical management of our family of websites, ensuring they are high-performing, accessible, and secure. You’ll also support the College through performance tracking, analytics, CRM and email platform integration, and the optimisation of digital tools and systems.

What we’re looking for:

A degree or equivalent qualification (level 6) in web development, programming, digital marketing, or computer studies

Level 2 in maths and English or the equivalent (e.g. GCSE grade C or above, GCSE grade 4 or above)

Proven technical and coding skills in HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, as well as experience with CMS platforms such as SharePoint and WordPress

Experience managing or integrating CRM systems and email marketing platforms to support targeted digital communications and campaigns

Understanding of web standards, accessibility, SEO, and UX best practice

Experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and related web monitoring tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite

A genuine interest in web technologies and programming with a drive to learn and innovate

Experience of working with external developers or agencies (desirable)

This is a hands-on role that is focused on technical ability and coding ideal for someone who can combine creative design with strong development, CRM, and email marketing integration skills to enhance and grow our digital presence.
