St Vincent is a College with high aspirations for growth and development and we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual who has the drive, energy and enthusiasm to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of our liaison, events and progression activities.
This is a key role in our new Business & Progression Services Team which has been established to support the Colleges strategic ambitions for growth and improved engagement with our local community. This role will support key marketing activities in addition to coordinating links with local schools and supporting student recruitment.
Applicants will need to be resourceful, highly organised, adaptable and creative. Prior experience of working with young people is desirable but not essential. This role is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is a strong communicator who can form excellent working relationships with a range of people including, students, schools, businesses, universities and other stakeholders. Events planning and organisation skill are essential to this role and candidates will need to demonstrate a relevant skillset in relation to this.
Our expectations of this post are very high and the ideal candidate will possess the skills to inspire and motivate students to achieve their aspirations, as well as be committed to raising standards in the college on our journey to becoming an outstanding institution.
