Assistant Principal - Inclusion Lead
We are looking for an Assistant Principal to join our high performing senior leadership team to lead on inclusion and to be our SENDCO. The successful candidate will have exceptional middle leadership experience or previous senior leadership experience and will have (or be willing to work towards) the SENDCO award. The postholder will champion inclusion across the school, ensuring that pupils with SEND and those from disadvantaged backgrounds fully access a broad, ambitious curriculum and thrive in a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment. They will work collaboratively with the SEND team, pupil premium champions, pastoral leaders and teaching staff to create a culture where all pupils feel valued, supported and empowered to fulfil their potential.
Salary: L11-15
