Transitions Administrator – Required for August 2025
Grade 7 points 11-14 (actual £22,815.70 to £23,934.78)
Term Time - Plus Two (40 weeks) 37 Hours per week
(Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:00, Friday 8:00 – 15:30)

Beauchamp has a large Sixth Form in which many students aspire to University following their A-Level study. We are seeking to appoint a Transition Administrator to play a vital role in the management, organisation, administration of transition and the UCAS process, in line with the Head of Sixth Form and other relevant staff members. You will liaise with students directly when required and will help with the organisation of relevant events throughout the academic year.
As Transitions Administrator the post holder will bring a critical, but objective approach to supporting staff and students through the complex and demanding UCAS process and will work in conjunction with the Key Stage 5, Student Support, Careers and Marketing teams to aid transition. Attention to detail and the ability to manage workload is an essential requirement.
