We are currently seeking a Curriculum Manager for Higher Education Engineering to manage our degree level programmes from level 4-6, in partnership with Loughborough University, The University of Derby and Pearson. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Curriculum Manager to develop and manage the full range of Higher Education provision in Engineering and Higher Technical Qualifications in Digital. Managing a dedicated team of lecturing staff, you will provide outstanding leadership and will continue to develop our quality metrics, teaching and learning, curriculum design and delivery, making a significant contribution to the strategic priorities of the College. 

To be considered for this management position you must be able to demonstrate significant curriculum management within a higher educational environment, demonstrating experience in the design and delivery of imaginative and innovative teaching and learning methods within Engineering. You will also be able to demonstrate significant experience of successfully developing, inspiring, challenging and motivating teams and individuals to deliver teaching excellence. You will be able to confidently lead and coordinate the work of teams and individuals to meet challenging targets and to develop innovative new ways to meet the changing needs and expectations of learners and employers. 

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively with a range of partners and cross-college departments to deliver the co-ordination of services and support to learners and staff and maximise progression opportunities.
