We are looking for a motivated individual to lead the Apprenticeships and Professional Qualifications Department, ensuring alignment with the College business plan.
You will need significant experience of managing and delivering apprenticeship provision together with expanding the customer portfolio and strengthening existing relationships. You must also have operational management experience including the control of sizable resources and budgets.
Experience in working at a strategic level, working with high value partnerships and networks and the ability to assimilate and analyse information quickly in order to debate complex issues are essential requirements of the post.
You must be persuasive, personable communicator both with customers and colleagues. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is energetic, determined and positive.
