We have an exciting opportunity for a Higher Education Disability Advisor to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.
Loughborough College Group is one of the largest College based Higher Education providers in the country with over 1,100 students currently studying degree level programmes. Our students consistently rate us as one of the best institutions to study at as demonstrated by our outstanding performance in the National Student Survey (NSS).
We are looking to expand the Higher Education Welfare and Support Team to further enhance our support provision for students. Reporting to the Higher Education Welfare and Support Manager, you will coordinate tailored support for students with a disability and/or learning needs. Identifying reasonable adjustments and exam arrangements as well as barriers to learning will ensure students have the greatest opportunity to achieve their full potential and have a positive student experience.
The successful candidate will bring specialist expertise and significant experience to the role and hold a relevant professional or academic qualification at higher education level.
