Recruitment Coordinator
£26,271 - £29,370 per annum

The Leicestershire College HR team is recruiting a brand new role for a Recruitment Coordinator, who will be a key part of a high-performing team and deliver excellent recruitment services to the College.
The successful candidate will coordinate and support the recruitment cycle, through job adverts and sourcing of high-quality and high calibre candidates. You will manage your time to deliver the most cost-efficient return on investment through successful recruitment.
You will have previous experience in the full lifecycle of recruitment from qualifying roles, posting job adverts, to headhunting and onboarding. You will be confident in liaising with Hiring Managers and managing the ATS system. You will also have experience in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and an awareness of the education market. Experience of working with extremely high volumes of recruitment and new starters, with a can-do approach is essential.
