About the role:
The Role
The Community Outreach Advisor will be required to develop and deliver a new high-quality good work Bromley careers programme in partnership with Jobcentre Plus, and partner organisation, supporting DWP Universal Credit customers. This dedicated role will work with DWP Work Coaches, Partners and the College Skills Team to deliver a highly effective and independent career guidance service. Applicants will be qualified and experienced in career work having achieved a Level 3 Information Advice and Guidance.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing careers IAG to meet the needs of individuals. They will have achieved a level 3 in information advice guidance and have a level 2 in English and Maths. They would be highly motivated to infulence strategic aims and have a proven track record of successful delivery of one to one careers guidance.
