About the role:

The Role
London South East College are seeking to recruit a highly motivational Curriculum Manager for Health and Social Care and Early Years has experience of leading both areas. Ideally the post holder will also have a background in Health, Social Care and or Early Years. It is also essential that the post holder has sound knowledge and experience of L1 - L3 BTEC and T Levels within these areas. The post holder will be occupationally competent in at least one of the programmes they are responsible for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee curriculum design and implementation for Health, Social Care, and Early Years programs.

- Strong understanding of industry regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Commitment to staying abreast of advancements in the field and integrating them into curriculum design.
