About the role:
The Role
We are looking for an experienced manager to lead on our student experience teams across multi-campuses. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the learner experience is positive, engaging and consistent across campuses and have the direct responsibility for student voice, enrichment, equality, diversity and inclusion, campus safety, behaviour management and college chaplaincy.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager with previous success in developing innovative and inspiring programmes of student support. You will be confident in quality assurance processes for student support and ensuring that services deliver meaningful outcomes for students. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively manage, motivate and inspire others.
