About the role:
The Role
As a Maths Lecturer, you will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment on Maths courses. You will ensure positive student outcomes, contribute to curriculum development, and actively enhance the overall experience of our students.
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Ensure positive student outcomes and meet academic performance targets.
- Actively contribute to developing the Maths curricula based on national best practice.
- Administer courses, contribute to marketing initiatives, and maintain compliance with College policies.
- Participate in quality assurance procedures, including assessment and internal verification.
- Support unemployed adult learners and remove barriers to training.

 What You'll Bring:

- PGDE or other level 4+ teaching qualification.
- Relevant English/Literacy qualifications, ideally at level 4.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Recent experience working with ICT in a workplace, ability to teach basic IT skills.
- Effective and sensitive team player with tutorial skills.
- Enthusiasm, drive, and the ability to work with limited direction.

 Experience:

- Experience delivering Maths L2 and GCSE.
- High levels of organisation and commitment to learning and development.
- Ability and initiative to work independently but also thrive in a team environment.

Performance Evaluation:
Your performance will be evaluated based on indicators such as student feedback, success rate data, observation, inspection reports, attendance data, recruitment and retention data, and more.
