London and South East Education Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Facilities operations throughout Colleges and Academies. This role is fixed term for one year. 

As a member of the Facilities department and responsible to the Assistant Director of Facilities Operations, the Senior Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that a professional facilities service is delivered to all Colleges and Academies. This includes providing operational management for all estates, hard and soft facilities management services and designated capital projects ensuring that appropriate legislative, health and safety and other mandatory compliance requirements are met.

With technical expertise and a strong people focus, they will lead and support the Operations Managers team, taking pride and responsibility for all buildings and external areas of the sites in the delivery of all facilities service.

The successful candidate should demonstrate a similar level of expertise and experience, strong resilience, confident in managing individuals, comfortable in delivering multiple tasks, projects, and conflicting priorities. Ultimately, self-confident, highly visible to all stakeholders offering an outstanding customer service.
