Main Purpose of the Job:
As a Talent Pool Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the recruitment of candidates for Traineeship and Apprenticeship vacancies. You will play a key role in building a high-quality talent pipeline to ensure the college meets its targets for apprenticeship recruitment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including logging, qualifying, and matching candidates to suitable training or vacancy opportunities.
Work closely with Apprenticeship Recruitment officers to ensure vacancies are advertised and filled within agreed timescales.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries from applicants and referring them to the appropriate provision.
Proactively attract and engage candidates interested in Traineeship & Apprenticeship programmes through various marketing channels.
Collaborate with curriculum teams to promote Apprenticeship programmes as a progression route for college students.
Conduct regular meetings with candidates to identify their career aspirations and match them to suitable vacancies.
Ensure candidates meet eligibility requirements for Apprenticeships and Traineeships.
Maintain accurate records in the Esignup system and provide regular reports using Microsoft Excel.

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft software packages, particularly Excel.
Previous experience in recruitment or customer service roles is desirable but not essential.
