Part-time 1:1 Year 4 Learning Support Assistant
Salary: JG3 £24,790 - £25,183 per annum pro rata £5,894 - £5,947 per annum actual salary. Pending pay increase from April 2025
Contractual hours: 10
We are looking for a creative and committed LSA to support a child in Year 4 for two hours each day, five mornings a week. This will involve sometimes working on a 1-to-1 basis but also part of small groups. The child requires support with speech, language and communication. Much of the support would involve breaking down tasks into smaller chunks, managing attention needs and giving individualised instructions. Additional support with providing feedback, managing emotions and supporting transitions will be required. Experience in any of these areas would be highly desirable.
