Early Years Practitioner Lunchtime Cover – Burrington C of E Primary School
The governors are seeking to appoint a kind, calm and friendly person to support our nursery children (age 3/4) during their lunchtime (12-1pm) from September 2025, and to join our vibrant and friendly school team. The post is fixed term (with potential of becoming a permanent post) part time 10 hours a week over Monday- Friday (two hours a day, ensuring cover for the lunchtime hours of 12-1, the other hour can be flexible either side of lunch).
Burrington is a delightful four class rural primary school in the Mendip Hills. We are an inclusive Church School with a strong Christian ethos. We became part of a federation in November 2018 and we joined Lighthouse Schools’ Partnership in January 2023. The school was awarded a ‘good’ judgement in its most recent Ofsted (2017) and an ‘excellent’ judgement in SIAMS (2018). The post will be with our nursery age children (age 3/4)

• Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
