Staff wellbeing

Ensuring the wellbeing of our staff forms part of our strategic priorities. We offer a broad range of wellbeing initiatives, including training for employees and managers to support them to take care of their own wellbeing and that of others. We run groups and forums, our employee wellbeing programme, volunteering opportunities and a network of wellbeing champions.

We even employ a Workforce Wellbeing Coordinator whose sole role is to develop and lead on our employee wellbeing strategy across the group, building on and sharing best practice within each setting. We’re a Mindful Employer and we’re currently working towards becoming an accredited Menopause Friendly Employer.
