Caretaker
5 days per week term time only + 5 inset days + 4 weeks during the school holidays
Hours: 32.5 hours per week 7.30am - 2.30pm - some flexibility in working hours may be offered and can be discussed at interview.
Grade: 5 SCP 11 - 17 Hourly Rate - £14.59 - £16.08
Actual Salary: £23,418 - £25,815
We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated individual who will undertake and take pride in a range of caretaking and handy person duties to ensure a safe and clean environment for all.
The ideal candidate must be dependable, committed and hardworking with excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently with the minimum of supervision as well as working alongside an established cleaning team is essential.
Key duties include security, general premises maintenance/repairs, health and safety/ administration, driving of school vehicles including a minibus and on occasions transporting students and some general cleaning duties.
