Lecturer in Psychology

Wingletye Lane Campus

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic teacher to join the A 'level Psychology team. The successful candidate will hold a teaching qualification and be familiar with the AQA Psychology specification. This post may suit an established practitioner, or a newly qualified teacher keen to develop their pedagogy. They will have a strong knowledge of the subject and adopt a reflective and innovative approach to teaching. Candidates should be student centred and also have the ability to differentiate effectively; making use of a wide range of teaching styles to meet the needs of all students. Those applying will be self-motivated, a good communicator and have the ability to manage and teach students. Possession of a Psychology degree is essential. For the right candidate there may an opportunity for some remission to lead on aspects of the subject.
