The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Group Curriculum Director Business to lead the development and delivery of an ambitious, high-quality Business curriculum across our college campuses. Reporting to the Principal, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our provision, ensuring it meets the needs of learners, employers, and funding bodies. 

This is a senior leadership role with cross-campus responsibility, requiring a strong focus on curriculum innovation, quality improvement, and operational excellence. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our Business programmes are inclusive, forward-thinking, and aligned with labour market demands. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development and delivery of the Business curriculum across campuses.

Ensure programmes meet learner needs, employer demands, and funding requirements.

Drive teaching excellence and improve student outcomes through effective leadership.

Manage staff, budgets, and resources to ensure high performance and value for money.

Represent the college externally and contribute to strategic planning and quality assurance.

Teach 8 hours per week as part of a regular timetable.
