We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and experience SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) Support worker. You will be responsible for a caseload of learners with SEMH support needs, and will work with teachers, managers and stakeholders to ensure the attendance, retention and achievement of these learners

Reporting to the Supported Learning Senior Curriculum Manager the core purpose of this role is to demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving a positive and engaging environment for learners with SEMH.

It is essential that candidates have a good standard in English, Maths and IT and experience and qualified in Safeguarding alongside a knowledge of Education, Health and Care Plan outcomes and the holistic support strategies that will underpin achievement for these learners.
