We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Curriculum Manager (SCM) to be responsible for the Health Social Care and Early Years provision at our Ardleigh Green Campus.

 At Ardleigh Green we have a curriculum offer for 16-18 study programmes and Adults in Health and Social Care and Early Years. 

It is essential that candidates have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in either a Health & Social Care or Early Years specialism, the ability to teach on Health & Social Care programmes is desirable. Industry experience is also highly valued. Ideally, you will be teacher trained with both management and teaching experience in this curriculum area. However, someone established in their industry, with relatable management experience, who is seeking new opportunities could be considered too. 

Reporting to the Group Curriculum Director, the SCMs are second tier managers within our Directorate structure. The core purpose of a SCM is to drive up standards and ensure an excellent student experience. You will have teaching responsibilities and will be expected to carry out line-management duties and classroom observations.
