Trainee Electrical Installation Lecturer
£29,000 per annum + Market Premium: £5,945 (total starting package: £34,945). Once you successfully complete your Level 5 Teaching Qualification, the market premium will be removed and replaced with an enhanced salary of £37,533.

At Newbury College, our focus is careers not courses; this means we prioritise preparing our full-time learners, apprentices and adult learners to succeed in the workplace. Our construction department offers electrical installation, plumbing, carpentry and multi-trade specialisms.
We’re looking to speak to those who understand and have worked in one of our construction specialisms. You will also need to hold a Level 3 qualification in your trade (or equivalent) and be keen to develop teaching skills. We’ll support you through your teacher training while you gain hands-on experience in the classroom.
