Multi Trades Lecturer
Hours: 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Salary: The starting actual salary would be £29,000 plus a market premium of £5,945 if not a qualified teacher. Once you have successfully completed your Level 5 Teaching Qualification your market premium will be removed and replaced with an actual salary of £37,533

We are excited to offer this opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Multi-Trades Lecturer to join our team.
In this role you will:
• Deliver engaging teaching and practical training across multi-trade subjects.
• Ensure courses meet exam board and validation requirements.
• Assess and verify student work on-site and at work placements.
• Maintain accurate course files, assessment records, and student progress tracking.
• Support curriculum development, including literacy, numeracy, and digital integration.
What you will bring to the role:
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or working towards) and relevant assessor/verifier credentials.
• Experience in construction and delivering multi-trade programmes, ideally within FE or adult education.
• Strong teaching, classroom management, and organisational skills, with confidence in using IT and embedding literacy/numeracy.
• Excellent communication and the ability to inspire and support learners.
