ACL PROGRAMME LEADER

37 Hours per Week

Salary: £20,317 per year

 We are looking for a Programme Leader to join our Adult Community Learning team at Newbury College. You will be responsible for managing the courses offered within the Community Learning provision, ensuring quality of all aspects of the course, maintaining accurate student data, timetables and accreditations. You will also work alongside other teams at the college to promote the courses in the local community. Our Community Learning Programme covers a wide range of courses such as art & craft, dance, business and languages.

The successful applicant will have;

  • Good Literacy, Numeracy and IT Skills at Level 2
  • Experience of working in a Further Education college environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills

It would be desirable for the successful applicant to also have;

  • Level 3 PTTLS or equivalent
  • Experience of developing course materials
