We are looking for an Apprenticeship Impact Coach to join our Apprenticeships team at Newbury College. The role of the Apprenticeship Impact Coach is to support the delivery of apprenticeships and other relevant programmes, ensuring learners achieve their qualification within the planned timescales. The Apprenticeship Impact Coach supports curriculum areas and apprenticeship development coaches to ensure learners receive an excellent learner journey and to ensure compliance with ESFA funding rules

The successful applicant will have;

  • Qualification in Subject Areas to be assessed.
  • A1/D32&D33 – Development Coaches Qualification
  • Industrial/ Commercial Experience.
  • Experience of work-based assessing and managing a caseload of candidates to timely completion.

It would be desirable for the successful applicant to also have;

  • Teaching Qualification
  • V1/D34 Internal Verifiers Qualification
  • Experience of working in a Further Education college environment
  • Experience of working as a Lead IQA and supervising a caseload of Development Coaches.
